Thousand Hills Pet Resort is a program of Son Care Foundation, Inc., which is a 501c(3) nonprofit organization. All profits made from Thousand Hills Pet Resort go to support our other nonprofit programs, including New Life K9s and Alpha Academy. Your pet's daycare, boarding, grooming, and training help our mission of fostering hope, empowering and saving lives through practical mentorship and the healing power of the human-canine bond!

New Life K9s

New Life K9s provides service dogs to veterans and first responders with PTSD at no cost to them. New Life K9s believes in the healing power of the human-canine bond.

Alpha Academy is a Christian-based mentoring program designed to give students a break from their regular life and guide them toward a better path.

Mission Cars

Mission Cars accepts donated vehicles from individuals and community partners. They then fix the vehicles and sell them at an affordable rate. All of the money from the cars sold, goes to New Life K9s and other SLO County nonprofits.
