Positions & Descriptions
Actively looking for:
Resort Host (Full or Part Time)
Our friendly resort hosts care for the dogs and cats that are staying with us for boarding or daycare and ensure each of our visitors has a fun and safe time. Daily tasks can include supervising play yards, socializing dogs, cleaning the facility, and feeding our guests.

Training for this position is provided so previous animal experience is not required.
Requirements:
This is a very physical and dirty job, it is completely outdoors no matter the weather conditions.

This is an entry-level position that typically has the most openings.
Dog Bathers (Part Time)
We are seeking Dog Bathers to join our Thousand Hills Resort team. Provide bathing services to daycare and boarding dog guests. $16-18 an hour based on experience. Plust TIps.

Client Experience and Personnel Manager (Full-Time)
Our friendly resort manager ensures each of our guest's stay is spectacular. The manager is in charge of all activities at Thousand Hills Pet Resort with the number one priority being the safety of all pets and staff at the resort.

Requirements:
3 years customer service and 3 years or personnel management experience.
​

Lead Resort Host (Part-time)
Our friendly lead resort hosts care for the dogs and cats that are staying with us for boarding or daycare and ensure each of our guests' stay is spectacular. Lead resort hosts are the on-duty supervisor. Daily tasks can include supervising play yards, socializing dogs, administering medications, client communication, and supervising other team members.
Training for this position is provided.
Requirements:
1 year professional animal care experience, 1 year supervisor experience, 1 year customer service experience.

Receptionist (Part-time)
Our friendly office receptionists are experts in customer service and ensure each pets vacation is scheduled with ease. Daily tasks can include scheduling reservations, client communication via phone, email, and in-person, and reservation check-ins and check-outs.

Requirements:
1 year customer service experience, must be very comfortable with Apple computers, and must have weekend availability.

Dog Groomer
Our friendly dog groomers care for the dogs that need cleaning and some extra grooming needs. Daily tasks can include bathing, drying, and de-matting dogs, clipping fur, ear cleaning, and nail trimming.

Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of dog grooming experience is required.
​
We are currently limited in the grooming that we are offering but if you are fully trained, you could apply and we would consider expanding our grooming offerings!

Dog Trainer
Our friendly dog trainers are experts in communicating with dogs and their owners. Daily tasks can include scheduling reservations, client communication, meeting with clients, and training dogs using positive training methods.

Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of dog training using positive methods and customer service experience is required.
​
We are not actively searching for this position but if you are a fully trained dog trainer, we may consider hiring!

Maintenance (Part-time)
Our friendly maintenance workers are handy people that know how to pet-proof anything. Daily tasks can include landscaping, plumbing, general construction, and repair work.

No previous experience required
This is an entry-level position and has very limited openings.
