About the instructor:

Our main instructor, Monika Jud has been professionally training service dogs since 2003 and educating clients all over the United States. She holds an Associate of Science Degree in Assistance Dog Education from the Bergin University in Canine Studies in Santa Rosa, CA. Her passion and specialty is training dogs to help people with physical disabilities. Many of these dogs are placed with individuals in wheelchairs who often have limited strength and mobility. This training method, where the dog will work without constant physical manipulation - no tugging and pulling - is the foundation of Monika's training techniques.
