I need to cancel my reservation, for next Tuesday, as my business trip was cancelled. I came out to visit last Saturday, and I must say I WAS IMPRESSED! I visited every pet care place in SLO and North County, and not one compared to your level of safety, cleanliness, friendly staff, facilities, and spectacular location. It was better than the camp, I went to as a child! Please keep my application on file as I will be using your great place in the near future. Keep up the incredible work. You can really see the love and time, (as well as the sweat and blisters) you've put into Thousand Hills.

The pet resort has become a source of great joy to Roger and me. All the young people I have encountered there have been friendly, warm, and gracious. All have been very helpful, and loving towards Roger…I did not know anything about your organization when we started at the resort. I think it is wonderful!…These young men are special…I love Roger and I am sure the Resort is a main reason why I can keep him. He needs a lot of exercise and I can't walk him very much. He goes to the Resort and gets all the exercise and socialization to keep him happy and healthy and with me.

Just wanted to tell you how much we love 1000 Hills. I have told all my friends and several are now coming to daycare. You are all so friendly and nice and love our dogs. Joey and Lilly love coming there and we love the calmness when we get home. So, just wanted to say thanks for all the love you give to our pets!
We picked up Andi Sunday afternoon. I had called earlier in the week and asked if she could be washed before we picked her up. I expected they would wash on Saturday, but your staff asked what time we would pick her up and said they would wash her and have her ready at that time. Wanted to let you know what a GREAT experience it was having Andi at the facility. Everyone I came in contact with was great to work with. Andi looks great. I can tell she did a lot of running around and didn’t just sit. She didn’t put on any weight. Her bark is a little hoarse which I attribute to the excitement the dogs all have when a car drives in. You have a fine staff!
We LOVE your pet resort and the work your doing at Alpha. Being the mother of 3 teenage boys, your academy is a necessity in today's world. And what a great way to support the finances of Alpha! I'm also the mother of a male-of course-dachshund, and know that he is well cared for, nurtured, and exercised at your resort.
[My dog] is happiest when he gets all that good exercise. He really loves to come to the resort and play with the other dogs and you guys. It is such a blessing that he can come there. Part of why I got him was to take walks…[Now] I have some trouble walking, but I have this big goofy guy who needs alot of exercise…enter the Pet Resort. He is happy and exercised and healthy. I am so grateful you guys are there! I don't know what else we would have done. Thousand Hills is the only place I would leave him! He thinks the resort is Disneyland for dogs!
